Luxembourg’s Prime Minister Luc Frieden has emphasized that Europe and Ukraine must be directly involved in shaping any peace agreement, warning that Russia cannot be rewarded for its aggression. His remarks came after a joint video conference of European and allied leaders to coordinate strategy on the ongoing war.
Frieden stressed that no decisions about Ukraine or Europe should be made without their full participation. He highlighted the importance of including major European nations with strong military capabilities and those bordering Russia, noting that their involvement is essential for long-term security.
